No-cook gout meals, assembled rather than cooked
A full set of plates that need a knife and a bowl — nothing more.
This plan applies
- Plate type: no-cook only
- Assembly-only steps for every plate
- Purine total shown per plate
Ships together with accounts — the food database below is live today.
No-cook days are not only flare days: small kitchens, long shifts, hot weeks and low-energy evenings all land in the same place. These plates are assembled — open, slice, combine — and each carries its purine total from the same sourced dataset as the rest of the site.
This is the same plate set that flare mode filters to; the difference is the context, not the food.
Questions
- Do no-cook plates include a microwave?
- No. The no-cook tag means assembly only — a knife, a bowl and a fridge. Nothing that requires heat, including a microwave.
- How is this different from flare mode?
- It is the same no-cook plate set. Flare mode adds the flare-day context; this page is the plain collection for any no-cook day.
- Where do the numbers come from?
- Purine totals from the USDA/ODS-NIH Purine Database, Release 2.0; nutrients from USDA FoodData Central. Never estimated.
- Is this medical advice?
- No. GoutPlate presents sourced data and tool output. It does not provide medical advice — see the full disclaimer.
