A gout meal plan for one person
Seven days built for a household of one — portions that fit, no leftover avalanche.
This plan applies
- Household size: 1
- No repeated main ingredient across the 7 days
- Grocery quantities scaled to one
Most meal plans are written for two to four people and quietly assume a family kitchen. This preset starts from a household of one and scales every ingredient quantity down, so a week of plates does not turn into a week of leftovers.
The plan engine also keeps the main ingredient from repeating inside the same seven days — variety without a fridge full of half-used items.
Questions
- How are quantities scaled?
- The generator multiplies per-serving amounts by the household size set in your profile — 1 by default. The grocery list reflects the same math.
- Can I change the household size later?
- Yes. Household size is a profile setting (1–8). Changing it re-scales the next plan you generate; saved plans keep the size they were built with.
- What counts as a “main ingredient”?
- The anchor of a plate — chicken, salmon, tofu, eggs and so on. The engine keeps each anchor from repeating inside one 7-day plan.
- Is this medical advice?
- No. GoutPlate presents sourced data and tool output. It does not provide medical advice — see the full disclaimer.
