The gout grocery list
One list per week: quantities combined, grouped like your store, ready for print or PDF.
This plan applies
- Same ingredient, one combined line
- Grouped by store section
- Print and PDF export
The grocery list is the quiet half of meal planning: the plan is decided, but the shopping still has to happen. This tool reads your generated week and produces a single list — the same ingredient appearing in three plates becomes one line with one quantity.
Items group by store section, with checkboxes for the aisle, and a print layout sized for a single page. It is built from the plans the generator produces, so it opens at the same time.
Questions
- How does quantity merging work?
- Weights and volumes for the same ingredient add up: 200 g plus 300 g becomes one line of 500 g. Different units are converted where the data allows, and kept as separate lines where it does not.
- Can I use it without a plan?
- Not yet. The list is built from a generated week, so it opens together with the generator. The food database below is usable right now.
- Does it export for printing?
- Yes — a clean print layout, sized for a single page where possible, plus PDF export.
- Is this medical advice?
- No. GoutPlate presents sourced data and tool output. It does not provide medical advice — see the full disclaimer.
